Sixty years later, the 'few' again defended the British Isles against the onslaught of the LuftWaffe - SUCCESSFULLY!
(But not without paying a heavy price, both in the air and on the ground!)
In Frame Three I was back in the draggin' & bailin' business again. This time I was able to form a whole PARADE of 109's on my first hop, but only enticed one of them really low. Of course, I would have been much better off if he stayed high, since he beat my poor Hurricane to a pulp.
On hop two it was my turn, and I ended a poor Hun's futile attempt to smoke his way back across the channel (yeah, I know, it was a cheap kill), and with a lil help from a highly placed friend, a 110 driver wouldn't get to meet Lily Marlene by the garden wall that night.

Hop three had me draggin', chasin', shootin', runnin', revvin' and bailin' all at once! JPM and I made a classic team attack on a Ju88 - he got the kill - but unfortunately there was a swarm of 109's on the other side of it, and one of them didn't want me running around with oil in my engine!

Here are some screen shots - reduced in size, of course.
Above Left: I lead the parade - again! I'm getting good at this.
Above Center: At least I get a shot or two in before my kite gave up the ghost.
Above Right: Time to hang around thinking about what I did wrong - AGAIN.
In hop number two I got to use my guns a bit more!
Above Left: The hapless 109 that wasn't going to make it anyway.
Above Right: The hapless 110 that wanted to bounce me from up and behind, but met my pal who was up and ahead.
In hop three I dragged the fighters northwest for a while, then when they went back to the bombers, I followed and assisted with this Ju88 before taking a few too many hits and hitting the silk AGAIN.
