Another great World War II Weekend has come and gone at Spaatz Field in Reading PA, home of the Mid-Atlantic Air Museum. I shot a LOT of film there this year, and if you have a little time check out The Adventures of Wuli Marlene, the infamous Axis spy, as she wends her seductive way through France, England, the South Pacific, and even the USA!

For now, here's a shot taken by Viper, of some very diverse people who share the same passion for sitting in front of a little glowing box pretending to shoot down other people who sit for hours in front of THEIR glowing boxes - at least that's the way my wife describes online air combat - playing Aces High (which is a Multi-player WWII Combat Simulator).

(I think the guys in the Jug were reluctant to tell us to step away from their aircraft)

I took this shot at the show, and just HAD to make wallpaper out of it for my 1024x768 desktop. If you want it for yours, click on the link of your choice and enjoy.

1024x768 bmp 2.3mb

800x600 bmp 1.4 mb

Bonus feature: Yakrobatics clip! A 1.7 mb .wmv file (silent movie) - works with Windows Media Player Version 7+

Made from a VHS-C hand held camera using 20x zoom from just about as far away from the flying area as I could be without trying (my bad timing)
