Thanks for dropping in!  These days it's a bit hard to keep my pages up to date due to the normal demands of work, family, and so on.  When I do get some spare time, I'm also busy maintaining The Musketeers Squadron website.   I've been a member of the squadron for since 1994,  joining it back during the waning months of the squad's time in the late, great Air Warrior and the now-defunct GEnie online service.

About my web

My website is pretty modest as these things go, although I think that it's damn sight better than simply putting a web-cam shot of my ugly mug on a web page and proclaiming "Hello world, here I am!"   I'm no expert, but I'd guess that these days, anyone with an Internet connection and half a brain can set up their own digital soap-box from which to stroke their own egos a bit.

When all's said and done here, my little web pages may be no different.  However, that's not my intent.  While I'll obviously expound on things "Wraithish",  I aim to leave the visitor at least a smidgen more knowledge than when he or she popped in here.   You can bet it that I won't be sharing the secret of cold fusion or a philosophical insight that advances Humanity's social evolution by 100,000 years.  No, most likely it'll be a couple of anecdotes,  some pictures, a recipe or two, and perhaps a few odd bits about this or that.

These days, I might be found flying in Aces High (call sign "Wraithy") or slogging through ground, sea and air combat in World War Two Online (WWIIOL), (game name "Wraithe").  This is a very realistic online war simulation that I've taken quite a shine to recently, and I've put in a lot of time there.
